Cancellation Policy

• 45 days or more prior to Arrival results in a 12% service fee of the stay
• 30 to 44 days prior to Arrival results in a 25% fee
• 14 to 29 days prior to Arrival results in a 50% fee
• 7 to 13 days prior to Arrival results in a 75% fee
• within 6 days of Arrival results in 100% of the stay
• no show or departure prior to your scheduled departure date will result in a 100% charge
   
• Cancellation Fee waived. If we have another guest to replace your cancellation we will only charge you the 12% service fee
• Cancellation or Travel Delay due to Strike, Volcanic Ash, weather or similar
  are subject to the above Cancellation Policy without exception
• Nonrefundable Rates have no refund value in any case.
• We recommend travel insurance.

Arrival and Departure Times & Transfers

• Check-in time is normally 2:00 pm. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
• We will provide every assistance with early arrivals and late checkouts - changing room with shower, free luggage storage for example
• Transfers (shared taxi) for  the  Airport or Ferry Port can be Pre-booked with your Reservation
  Roundtrip transfers are free with the Celebration Visit. Arrival Transfer is free with the Book & Pay & Relax rate.

Children - Pets

• As with many hotels situated on the cliff, for safety reasons, we do not accept children under the age of 12 years old at any time
• Children are reminded the House is the residence of other guests and a tranquil mood is maintained
• Pets are not accepted - we do have the two resident dogs, Kasper and Mary to greet you
