Located next door to The Sea Captain's House. Direct views to the sea, caldera and volcano from a charming traditional house.

Antique canopy king bed with pillow top, seating area, desk, kitchenette, tiled shower bathroom, balcony with views from all the windows.

In the upper open loft the one double bed is suitable for the young at heart - due to the low ceiling.

Venetian suite for 2 guests

Wonderful views to the sea, caldera and volcano from the Main Terrace of The Sea Captain's House. Antique canopy king bed with pillow top, seating area, desk, white marble bathroom, air conditioning, high cross-vaulted ceiling, one window view. Shares the terrace with the Sailing suite; each with their own breakfast table and relax area.

Sailing suite for 2 guests

Wonderful views to the sea, caldera and volcano from the Main Terrace of The Sea Captain's House. Antique canopy king bed with pillow top, seating area, desk, white marble bathroom, air conditioning, high cross-vaulted ceiling, two window view. Shares the terrace with the Venetian suite; each with their own breakfast table and relax area. The Sailing suite has the larger portion of the Terrace.

Captain's suite for 2 to 5 guests

The largest suite in the House. Views to the sea, caldera and volcano from the Courtyard level. Antique canopy king bed in the main room, one queen bed or two single beds in the upper sleeping room, one single bed in the study that connects the main room to the suite's white marble bathroom. Opens to the Courtyard where we serve this suite's breakfast.

Cancellation Policy

45 days or more prior to Arrival results in a 12% service fee of the stay

30 to 44 days prior to Arrival results in a 25% fee

14 to 29 days prior to Arrival results in a 50% fee

7 to 13 days prior to Arrival results in a 75% fee

within 6 days of Arrival results in 100% of the stay

no show or departure prior to your scheduled departure date will result in a 100% charge

Cancellation Fee waived. If we have another guest to replace your cancellation we will only charge you the 12% service fee

Cancellation or Travel Delay due to Strike, Volcanic Ash, weather or similar
are subject to the above Cancellation Policy without exception

Nonrefundable Rates have no refund value in any case.

We recommend travel insurance.

Arrival and Departure Times & Transfers

Check-in time is normally 2:00 pm. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

We will provide every assistance with early arrivals and late checkouts - changing room with shower, free luggage storage for example

Transfers (shared taxi) for the Airport or Ferry Port can be Pre-booked with your Reservation
Roundtrip transfers are free with the Celebration Visit. Arrival Transfer is free with the Book & Pay & Relax rate.

Children - Pets

As with many hotels situated on the cliff, for safety reasons, we do not accept children under the age of 12 years old at any time

Children are reminded the House is the residence of other guests and a tranquil mood is maintained

Pets are not accepted - we do have the two resident dogs, Kasper and Mary to greet you
