per night*. Additional guests in the
Captain’s suite or Falling Stars are 50 euro per person per night. Maximum is 5
guests for the Captain’s suite.
Terrace Suite price is for 2 to 4 guests per night, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms with
Private Terrace.
Venetian & Sailing suites share the Main Terrace. Captain's
suite has the private use of the Courtyard.
Falling Stars is located next door as an independent house with private balcony.
All Rates have limited availability and require payment in full
with the reservation. Please email for availability.

The Suites of The House.
All Suites of The House face directly to the Santorini
caldera - volcano - sea.

The Venetian and Sailing suites are on the
shared Main Terrace level.
Each suite has one king size antique canopy bed, Bath/shower.
Caldera, volcano & sea views.
The Sailing is slightly larger than the Venetian suite with a two window
view.
The Venetian has the one window to the view.

The Captain's suite is
the largest suite in the House - on the
Courtyard level with private entrance,
one king size antique canopy bed, one single bed and an upper
sleeping room with two single beds
or one queen size bed (to accommodate 5 guests in total), Bath plus
separate shower. Caldera,
volcano
& sea views from the ground level
position.
The
Terrace Suite is composed of the Venetian and Sailing suites with
the private use of the Main Terrace.
It can be booked for 1 to 4 guests at the price noted.
The
Falling Stars House is located next door as a simpler village style
independent house.
It has one antique canopy king bed, tiled shower bathroom, private
balcony, kitchenette. Views to the sea, caldera and volcano.
Plus a double bed in the open sleeping loft.

Cancellation Policy
- 45 days or more prior to Arrival results in
a 12% service fee of the stay
- 30 to 44 days prior to Arrival results in a
25% fee
- 14 to 29 days prior to Arrival results in a
50% fee
- 7 to 13 days prior to Arrival results in a
75% fee
- within 6 days of Arrival results in 100% of
the stay
- no show or departure prior to your
scheduled departure date will result in a 100% charge
- Cancellation Fee waived. If we have another
guest to replace your cancellation we will only charge you the 12%
service fee
- Cancellation or Travel Delay due to Strike,
Volcanic Ash, weather or similar
are subject to the above Cancellation Policy without exception
- Nonrefundable Rates have no refund value in
any case.
- We recommend travel insurance.
Arrival and Departure
Times & Transfers
- Check-in time is normally 2:00 pm.
Check-out time is normally 12:00 noon.
- We will provide every assistance with early
arrivals and late checkouts - changing room with shower, free
luggage storage for example
- Transfers (shared taxi)
for the Airport
or Ferry Port can be Pre-booked with your
Reservation
and are included free with the Celebration Visit prices.
Children - Pets
- As with many hotels situated on
the cliff, for safety reasons, we do not accept children under the
age of 12 years old at any time
- Children are reminded the House is the
residence of other guests and a tranquil mood is maintained
- Pets are not accepted
